site-finder is built to respect the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and GDPR principles. This policy explains what we store.
What we collect
- Crawled content: public text from the URL you submit, stored to build your search index.
- Queries: the questions visitors ask your widget, used for your analytics and to improve answers. We do not sell this data.
- Billing: handled by Razorpay; we do not store card details.
How we use it
Solely to operate the Service: indexing, answering queries, showing your analytics, and processing payments.
Retention & deletion
You can request deletion of a site and its indexed content and query logs at any time by emailing us. We delete within 30 days of request.
Sub-processors
We use an LLM provider to generate answers and Razorpay for payments. Crawled snippets are sent to the LLM only at query time to compose an answer.
