Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
If the Service is materially unusable due to a fault on our side and we cannot resolve it within 7 days of you reporting it, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the current month.
Because plans include consumable AI queries, we do not refund periods where queries were substantially used. The Free tier lets you fully evaluate the Service before paying.
How to request
Email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com with your site ID and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original Razorpay payment method within 5–7 business days.
